Join us for In Tune, an elevated music industry mixer and community conversation bringing together artists, producers, promoters, and creative professionals shaping the sound of the Okanagan.

The evening begins with sign-in from 6:00–6:30 PM, followed by a live opening performance by Creative Okanagan member Ezra Ben-Shalom. From there, we’ll move into curated networking and a guided conversation focused on one big question:

How can we collectively turn Kelowna into a thriving Music City?

This conversation uses the City of Kelowna’s Conversation Toolkit as part of the ongoing update to the Kelowna Cultural Plan. Insights shared during this event will be compiled with feedback from similar community conversations happening across Kelowna and will help inform the City of Kelowna as it updates its Cultural Plan. When complete, the plan will guide cultural development for the City, city-funded facilities and organizations, and key cultural stakeholders.

A summary of findings from all hosted engagement events will be shared publicly at kelowna.ca/culture before summer 2026.
