Hello! We have been so busy our first post will be about our upcoming AGM!

Details for the Creative Okanagan Artist and Event Development Society Annual General Meeting:

• Monday, March 30, 2020, 5:30 pm
• Affinity Hall, Colab, Switchboard Building, 204, 1405 St Paul Street, Kelowna, BC

At our annual general meeting we will review the organizations work over the 2019 fiscal year, the financial statements, and elect new board members. 

Members must be in good standing with a paid membership to vote in the board elections and to stand for election. If you are interested in standing for election please send a letter of interest to our current Board Chair at [email protected] by March 23, 2020. 

Immediately following the March 30, 2020 AGM:

• individuals wanting to join the program committee should express interest to the board
• a short regular meeting board meeting will be held with the new board.
